Return Policy

سياسة الاستبدال:

1- مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام الضمان الاتفاقية والنظامية، يحق للمستهلك استبدال المنتج المقدّم إليه من المتجر خلال السبعة الأيام التالية لتاريخ استلام المنتج، ولا يحق له استبدال المنتج بعد مرور السبعة أيام.

2- يشترط لاستبدال المنتج أن يكون المنتج بحالة سليمة كما هو وألا يكون المستهلك قد استخدم المنتج أو حصل على منفعته، ويحق للمتجر معاينة المنتج قبل استبداله للتأكد من سلامته ويتحمل المستهلك دفع قيمة الشحن في حال أراد استبدال المنتج وفي الاستبدال الدولي يتحمل المستهلك كامل تكاليف الشحن وتسليم المنتج لشركة الشحن وفي حال وجود عيوب أو خطأ سيتم تعويض المستهلك

لا يحق للمستهلك استبدال المنتج في الحالات التالية:

1- إذا كان المنتج تم تصنيعه بناءً على طلب المستهلك أو وفقاً لمواصفات حدّدها، ويستثنى من ذلك المنتجات التي بها عيب أو التي خالفت المواصفات المحدّدة من قبل المستهلك.

2- إذا كان المنتج عبارة عن أشرطة فيديو أو أسطوانات أو أقراصاً مدمجة أو برامج معلوماتية تم استخدامها.

3- إذا كان المنتج عبارة صحف أو مجلّات أو منشورات أو كتب أو غير ذلك مما يُعَد من المؤلفات.

4- إذا ظهر عيب في المنتج بسبب سوء حيازة المستهلك.

5- إذا كان العقد يتناول تقديم خدمات إيواء أو نقل أو إطعام.

6- إذا كان العقد يتناول شراء منتجات تحميل البرامج عبر الانترنت.

سياسة الاسترجاع:

1- مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام الضمان الاتفاقية والنظامية، يحق للمستهلك فسخ العقد واسترجاع المنتج المقدّم إليه من المتجر خلال السبعة الأيام التالية لتاريخ استلام المنتج ، ولا يحق له ذلك المنتج بعد مرور السبعة أيام.

2- يشترط لاسترجاع المنتج أن يكون المنتج بحالة سليمة وألا يكون المستهلك قد استخدم المنتج أو حصل على منفعته، ويحق للمتجر معاينة المنتج قبل استرجاعه للتأكد من سلامته.

3- يتحمل المستهلك التكاليف المترتبة على عملية الاسترجاع وفي حالة الاسترجاع الدولي يتحمل المستهلك كامل تكاليف الشحن وتسليم المنتج لشركة الشحن وفي حال وجود عيوب أو خطأ سيتم تعويض المستهلك

لا يحق للمستهلك استرجاع المنتج في الحالات التالية:

1- إذا كان المنتج تم تصنيعه بناءً على طلب المستهلك أو وفقاً لمواصفات حدّدها، ويستثنى من ذلك المنتجات التي بها عيب أو التي خالفت المواصفات المحدّدة من قبل المستهلك.

2- إذا كان المنتج عبارة عن أشرطة فيديو أو أسطوانات أو أقراصاً مدمجة أو برامج معلوماتية تم استخدامها.

3- إذا كان المنتج عبارة صحف أو مجلّات أو منشورات أو كتب أو غير ذلك مما يُعَد من المؤلفات.

4- إذا ظهر عيب في المنتج بسبب سوء حيازة المستهلك.

5- إذا كان العقد يتناول تقديم خدمات إيواء أو نقل أو إطعام.

6- إذا كان العقد يتناول شراء منتجات تحميل البرامج عبر الانترنت.

7-لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب في باقات التدريب الشخصي وبرامج التدريب البدني والتغذية الرياضية، حيث يتم البدء في إعداد البرنامج بشكل فوري ومخصص بمجرد إتمام الطلب.

نحرص على تقديم برامج مصممة خصيصًا لكل عميل بناءً على احتياجاته، لذلك يتم العمل عليها مباشرة


  1. Without prejudice to the provisions of applicable warranty terms and regulations, the consumer has the right to exchange the product received from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. The consumer shall not be entitled to exchange the product after the expiry of the seven-day period.
  2. To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in its original and intact condition, and must not have been used or benefited from by the consumer. The store reserves the right to inspect the product prior to approving the exchange to ensure its condition. The consumer shall bear the shipping costs in case of exchange. For international exchanges, the consumer shall bear all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

The consumer shall not be entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

  1. If the product was custom-made upon the consumer’s request or according to specifications defined by the consumer, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
  2. If the product consists of videotapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that has been used.
  3. If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other copyrighted materials.
  4. If the defect in the product resulted from improper handling or misuse by the consumer.
  5. If the contract relates to accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
  6. If the contract relates to the purchase or download of software via the internet.

Return Policy

  1. Orders for personal training packages, fitness programs, and sports nutrition plans cannot be cancelled, as the program preparation begins immediately and is fully customized upon order confirmation. We are committed to delivering tailored programs designed specifically for each client based on their needs; therefore, work on the program starts immediately.
